Administrator – Audio Typing
Location: Edinburgh (office based)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + excellent benefits
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking for your next step in administration? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established commercial team, where you’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting a busy team of surveyors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Audio typing and preparing documentation
- Raising fees and processing instructions onto internal systems
- Coordinating staff diaries and managing property key logbooks for viewings
- Handling incoming calls and providing first-class client service
- Supporting the team with wider administrative tasks to ensure efficiency
What our client is looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role (property or surveying background desirable but not essential)
- Audio typing experience
- Strong IT skills with confidence across the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
- A proactive team player who can also work independently to tight deadlines
