• Ability to teach students of all abilities in KS3 and KS4
• Ability to use ICT effectively for classroom teaching and in the production of teaching resources
• Knowledge and experience of intervention strategies
• Ability to devise new resources for learning
• A good, up to date working knowledge and understanding of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies
• Ability to contribute to course development
• Knowledge of/experience teaching OCRB History GCSE
What the school offers its staff
We are seeking an ambitious and outstanding practitioner of History/Humanities to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will primarily teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4, with additional teaching responsibilities in Geography and SMC (Social, Moral, and Cultural education).
