Someone who can advise, support and empower our people with confidence, while helping to shape a culture where everyone can be the best that they can be. A People professional who has experience in leading on complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness cases with any specialist knowledge on areas such as Reward, Learning & Development being an advantage.
