Coastland College is a General Further Education College spread across two campuses – one situated on the stunning Jurassic coastline in Weymouth and the other on a beautiful 18th Century Estate near the market town of Dorchester. About your role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time People Advisor to join our team and you could be just what we’re looking for!
Here at Coastland College, we couldn’t do what we do for our students without our people and so we’re looking for someone who brings both empathy and expertise. Someone who can advise, support and empower our people with confidence, while helping to shape a culture where everyone can be the best that they can be. A People professional who has experience in leading on complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness cases with any specialist knowledge on areas such as Reward, Learning & Development being an advantage.
