About The Role
To organise, monitor, review and administrate the following:
• Home to school travel assistance for children and students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and medical conditions (and other vulnerable service users)
• Transport to social care provision for vulnerable adults in accordance with statutory requirements and Council policy.
