This HR Officer role will be responsible for supporting the colleague lifecycle administration from onboarding, performance and exiting employees. Working across all the teams within People and Culture. Responsibility for understanding people systems, policies and working across teams.
Working closely with the Operations, Recruitment, Talent, Colleague Experience and HR Business Partners (‘HRBPs’) to provide a seamless service to the business. This a customer facing role in Operations and will be the first point of contact for all people-related queries

The employee will be able to demonstrate the following experience and technical skills:
› Experience working in an internal HR or operations function, or within a HR environment.
› Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
› Proven experience of using an HRIS is essential.
› Strong knowledge of HR administrative processes and policy interpretation is essential.
› Confident with all Microsoft Office programs

Directorate/Department Overview
The People & Culture (P&C) team covers the following functions, operations, colleague experience, business partnering, engagement, resourcing & talent, learning & development (L&D) and diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I).
The team works in partnership with the organisation to provide an effective and professional service that helps deliver the People Strategy, mitigate people risks and deliver effective and efficient processes, systems and compliance for approximately 500 colleagues and board members. The Operations team is made up of five roles; an operations Manager (which this role reports into), HR Officer - FTC (this role), HR Officer – Perm, an L&D Administrator and a Payroll & Systems Specialist.
