Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for promoting awareness and high standards of health, safety and security management for all the Trust’s employees in addition to undertaking inspections, audits and risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for staff, patients, visitors and members of the public. To undertake effective health, safety and security management advisory and assurance work to ensure safe operation within the physical environment in which healthcare is delivered.
• Providing Health and Safety advice and support to all levels of staff,
• Undertaking riskassessments, site inspections, other audits and completion of
• detailed reports forsites visited,
• Ensuring that identified issues are communicated to the appropriate manager orduty holder,
• To undertake reporting and investigations into RIDDOR or other relevantincidents,
• Undertake the production of accurate data and reports on trends, themes and levels ofcompliance,
• Action and respond to safety alerts,
• Participate in the delivery of trainingto Trust staff.
