My client is seeking a Site Manager to join a school in the Dudley area. This is a Part-time temporary role, starting ASAP on an ongoing basis.
Working Hours- Split shift
• 6.45am-9am & 2.45pm-5.45pm (Monday-Friday)
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience as a School Caretaker or Site Manager, with strong maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety requirements on a school site (e.g., Fire Alarms, Legionella).
• Good DIY skills, including the ability to assemble flat-pack furniture and carry out basic repairs.
• Organised, reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.
• Must hold a current Enhanced DBS and be available to start immediately.
