The Role:

You will be assisting any family contact between the young people and their family members out in the community!

    • Personal care
    • Community Outreach
    • Independent living skills

    Rate of Pay: £12.41 + Mileage

    Part Time: 16 hours +

    Flexible Shifts:

      • Weekdays during term time: From 3 pm – early evening
      • Weekends: Anytime between 9 am and 6 pm
      • School holidays: Monday – Sunday daytime

          Essential Requirements:

            • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent (or willingness to work towards)
            • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
            • Previous experience working with Children or applicable experience
            • Flexibility
