Fife College, as lead partner for the Hospitality Skills Project within the Tay Cities Regional Deal, is seeking a creative and driven Career Pathways Development Lead to research, design and promote clear, inclusive routes into and through the hospitality sector.
This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in tackling sector skills shortages, creating career pathways, and building a stronger, more inclusive hospitality workforce for the future. The role is subject to final approval of the project funding, expected Autumn 2025.
