About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and caring Support Worker to join our team in Sutton.

Your job will be to support them with daily tasks like:

Cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Going out to activities, appointments, or events
Helping them feel safe, confident, and independent
Being part of their daily routine and emotional support
A UK driving licence is required for this role, as you may be asked to drive one of the people we support in their car.

Hours:

This is a full time role. You will be working on a rotating shift pattern, which includes:

Day shifts
Sleep-in shifts
Waking night shifts
Some weekends
You will need to be flexible and reliable.

Location:

This role is based in Sutton, South West London. You will be working in a friendly, supportive home for eight people.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience working with people with learning disabilities
Is kind, calm, and patient
Can work well as part of a team
Is happy to work nights and weekends when needed
A full UK driver’s licence is essential for this role
