The Housing Service is offering an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Property Inspector.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality repairs to our Council homes. Our team of Property Inspectors play a key part in verifying that repairs, maintenance, and capital works meet the Council's lettable standards. The position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including housing repair specification work and on-site inspections to ensure maintenance is carried out to a high standard. We value individuals who are committed to fostering a positive team environment and promoting a collaborative culture that ensures our tenants receive reliable and quality service.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
