Nursing Home Manager – Specialist Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus scheme
Our client, a beautiful specialist nursing home, is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead their dedicated team in delivering outstanding care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a RMN or RNLD qualified nurse with proven leadership experience and strong knowledge of CQC standards. The role offers the chance to shape a supportive, person-centred environment while driving the home towards Good and Outstanding ratings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered RMN (Registered Mental Nurse) or RNLD (Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities) qualification.
- Proven experience managing a nursing or specialist care home, with a track record of achieving CQC Good or Outstanding ratings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, person-centred care, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individuals’ needs, promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of care, continually improving quality and outcomes.
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, and training, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for families, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
