Crynodeb
To provide an efficient and safe environment for clients and staff, reporting any potential safety issues to an appropriate team member and making suggestions for service improvement, according to Trust service policies and procedures. To maintain high standards of infection control procedures according to Trust and service policies To maintain client confidentiality at all times, according to Trust and service policies To act as a chaperone taking into account cultural and religious beliefs, as directed by clinical staff, whilst promoting a positive image of the service. Prioritise own workload and organise own workload on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the service. Identify, report (and contribute to recording) to appropriate team member any Child Protection or Vulnerable Adult issues observed during duties, according to legislation & Trust policy Assist at clinical procedures as appropriate To report sickness, absence and any accident/incident to the Senior Nurse or her/his deputy.
