Summary
Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Crewe
Pay: £12.30 – £12.60 per hour
Shifts: Full-time, Part-time, Flexible
We are looking for experienced Support Workers to provide care for adults with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours in supported living and residential settings.
What you’ll do:
• Provide person-centred care and support daily living tasks
• Manage challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
• Administer medication and maintain accurate records
• Conduct welfare checks and respond to incidents
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and families
• Promote independence, dignity, and respect
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs
• CPI or equivalent de-escalation training and ligature training
• Medication administration experience
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK
