Join Independence Support Ltd (ISL) – Make a Real Difference in People’s Lives!
At ISL, based in Crewe, Cheshire, we operate a supported living project dedicated to empowering individuals with complex mental health needs. Our service supports 22 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible.
Alongside the supported Living, we also offer a Crisis Café Service for short term inventions to individuals who are unable to manage their mental health independently and may require signposting.
Our values guide everything we do:
· Positive: We support and encourage everyone to be the best they can be.
· Responsive: We listen carefully and act swiftly to meet needs.
· Courageous: We face challenges head-on and never shy away from difficult situations.
· Inclusive: We embrace diversity and value the unique contributions of every individual.
