We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (Weekends) to join our Customer Service Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
Salary: £12.40 P/H (+ KPI related incentives)
Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (16 Hours)

Key responsibilities include:
Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, Liaise with the planning team via a ticket system
Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
Skills and Experience:
Good telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT skills
Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
Must be able to display the Acorn Values
