We’re proud to be a highly regarded menswear boutique with a reputation for exceptional service and timeless style. We are now looking for a personable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused store manager & wedding coordinator to join our dedicated team.
What You’ll Do;
Welcome & guide grooms, professionals, and style-conscious clients during appointments, creating a relaxed and memorable shopping experience.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued, confident, and well looked after.
Assist with fittings, styling advice, and tailoring recommendations while maintaining immaculate product displays and showroom standards.
Support with scheduling appointments and general boutique duties.
Contribute to every aspect of store life—because every detail matters.
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable advice on merchandise.
Be able to advise on different suits, fabrics, fits, styles and proficiently measure customers for ready to wear suits available in store.
Eventually be able to host ‘private fittings” for groom parties where a group fitting will take place.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory counts.
Attend Wedding fairs around the local region to help promote brand awareness and secure bookings.
Liaise with other wedding coordinators to order & assign wedding outfits
What We’re Looking For
A genuine passion for customer service and style.
Friendly, approachable, and professional with excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to understand clients’ needs and recommend suits, accessories, and personalised packages to suit every occasion.
Strong time management skills to manage multiple appointments smoothly.
Background in sales is desirable, but we value a supportive, non-pushy approach.
Knowledge of menswear, tailoring, or fashion is a plus, but full training will be provided.
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential.
Confidence with basic transactions and stock handling.
Strong organizational skills to keep the boutique running seamlessly.
The Details
Contract: Full time
Salary: £26000 plus bonuses
Hours: 37.5hrs hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours during peak wedding and event seasons.
Availability: Must be able to work weekends.
