Are you a dynamic and passionate Sales Training Manager and ready to take the lead in shaping the future of care? Care UK is an award-winning private care company with over 160 care homes across the United Kingdom. We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Trainer to join our vibrant and dedicated team.

The role: As our Sales Training Manager, you will tailor, deliver, and audit the use of Care UK’s sales training package to improve the skill level of home teams in achieving increased occupancy. You will work with Home Managers and Customer Champions to build levels of sales skills to the home teams allowing exceptional service throughout the customer journey and future business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for training the Home Managers and identified members of the home teams to support the sales process professionally and with confidence.
Develop, agree, and deliver a bespoke Care UK sales training package to address identified areas of development in line with company policies outlined in the RCS sales and marketing toolkit.
Promote the active use of RCS Sales and Marketing Toolkit and SOP’s as best practice.
Audit the success of sales training delivery on an ongoing basis.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience sales/customer service training background
Experience within a target driven environment
Flexible and able to travel within a role.
