The Governing Board of Cherry Tree Primary School is seeking to appoint an inspiring and visionary Headteacher to lead a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will uphold the school’s core values of being Happy, Aspirational, Resilient, Independent, Open-minded, and Compassionate, while demonstrating exceptional leadership, integrity, and foresight.
Key responsibilities include managing teaching staff performance, ensuring high standards of education, overseeing effective financial management, and strengthening partnerships with pupils, staff, families, and the wider community.
The new Headteacher will also drive the school’s continuous growth, fostering ambition and excellence while maintaining a strong sense of community and belonging.
