We are looking to appoint an outstanding and determined SENDCO who has a true passion for inclusion and for education. The SEND department is dynamic and forward thinking, and eager to see pupils succeed. We have a high proportion of children with additional needs and the need a determined ambassador for these young people and their families. We also have resourced unit for high performing children with a neuro diverse diagnosis.
We are looking for commitment to improving life chances for young people, as well as commitment to your own professional development. You need to be an inspiring leader who can share a vision for moving the SEND department forwards. You will be well supported by the Senior Leadership Team who are focused on teaching and learning, and by a comprehensive programme of induction and training to ensure your individual needs are met.
