Service Desk Analyst - Up to £30,000
I am currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be based fully on-site in the Cheltenham area. The right Service Desk Analyst will be part of a small IT team and will have skills in 1st/2nd line IT Support.

- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Hardware Setups
- Incident & request management
- Documentation
- New starter inductions
Essential:
- 2 years experience
- 365 Suite
- Active Directory
- LAN/WAN
- DNS, DHCP
