  • Create clear and accurate business process maps to support the transition to new digital workflows.
  • Define and communicate key business engagement messages related to the “To Be” end state.
  • Monitor and report on business readiness, identifying gaps and recommending training or engagement activities.
  • Prepare and present concise reports to stakeholders and programme teams.
  • Support risk management and contribute to programme governance through relevant artefacts.
  • Work within established project methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall (SDLC).
Ideally
  • Proven experience in process mapping within change programmes.
  • Experience with ERP implementation, ideally within HR functions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies and programme governance.
