We are looking for flexible and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of subjects and year groups in our local secondary schools in and around Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers seeking varied classroom experience and the chance to make a positive impact in different settings.
Duties as a Secondary Supply Teacher:
Deliver pre-planned lessons to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment that supports learning.
Provide feedback to department staff on pupil progress and classroom activities.
Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines.
Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities.
Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach as a Supply Teacher.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
