Crynodeb
Work with clinical users to ensure that they obtain the maximum benefit from systems Process map existing and proposed workflow changes, and communicate these to users. Ensure appropriate training plans and development programmes are available to staff to maximise the benefit from the use of IT and ensure own professional skills are kept up to date. Have experience of contract and supplier management; contract negotiation, review, performance management. The post holder will maintain a degree of IM&T training & knowledge such that they can communicate effectively with other IT professionals and that they can carry out their duties in line with acceptable industry standards and best practice.
