We are a growing fuel station committed to delivering quality fuel and exceptional customer service. As we expand our operations and service offerings, we are looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build partnerships, and enhance our market presence.

Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, improving fuel and non-fuel revenue, developing corporate and commercial accounts, and building strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the fuel and energy sector, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including commercial fuel accounts, fleet services, and local business partnerships.
Develop strategies to increase sales of fuel and ancillary services (e.g. car wash, convenience store, lubricants, etc.).
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and customer loyalty programs.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to management.
Assist in contract negotiations with clients and suppliers.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth and profitability.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the fuel, retail, or service industry.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of fuel industry regulations and B2B sales is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
