Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor - Northamptonshire - Competitive salary + Benefits
The Job:
A Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor role based in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice to landowners, advise landlords and tenants on tenancy matters, undertake property valuations across rural, residential, and commercial assets, assist with property sales and lettings, manage compensation claims, grants, and joint ventures, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to business plans and financial performance.

The Candidate:
- MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer
- Strong understanding of land, property, agriculture, and business
- Commercially aware, with the ability to manage personal budgets and workload
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a confident decision-maker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT proficient
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
