Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd are recruiting for a General Operative to join a growing company in Brownhills. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term work with the chance to develop new skills.
The Role
The position will involve basic assembly and fitting work within a busy workshop. Duties will include supporting production teams with general tasks, assembling components, and assisting with fitting work both in-house and on site when required.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Previous experience in assembly or hands-on work would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided. A driving licence would be advantageous to support fitting work carried out on customer sites.
What’s on Offer
£12.21 per hour with weekly pay
