Crynodeb
We are currently recruiting for a General Operative for a well established Window Production company based in the Great Wyrley area. As a General Operative you will start your day at 07:30am where your supervisor will brief you on priority tasks to be completed that day.
General Operatives will work with the production team in assembling windows with training where needed to achieve the required standards using hand tools and power tools. You will need to check all parts fitted to the frame ensuring quality is kept to the highest standard. Use various materials to pack the products to ensure safe transit to there final destination.
Towards the end of the day you will need to assist the team in loading products onto delivery vehicles to go out to the clients. Making sure you check the pick sheets for accuracy and the correct products go out on the delivery.
Throughout the day you will assist in keeping the production and dispatch areas tidy and rubbish disposed of where required.
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:00 with a 30min unpaid lunch. 40 paid hours a week with possible overtime on the weekends.
Pay Rate £12.21 per hour.
This General Operative position is a temp to permanent role for the right candidate. So full commitment to the role is required as this is the last opening available. The client is looking to start successful candidates immediately but happy to wait on reasonable notice periods for the right person.
