Crynodeb
The role: Plan and prioritise a complex clinical caseload to ensure timely and effective delivery of neuropsychological services. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of patients and provide expert formulation. Act as a Key Worker, coordinating and managing individual therapeutic programmes to achieve agreed rehabilitation goals. Support the MDT in diagnosis, problem formulation, and the planning of personalised rehabilitation programmes. Deliver neuropsychological interventions as part of a collaborative MDT approach and contribute to service development initiatives. Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with patients, families, the MDT, and external agencies. Develop and deliver in-service education and training for the wider MDT to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Supervise junior staff, assistants, and students Ensure all clinical practice, documentation, and records comply with BPS and HCPC standards. Promote safety, uphold human rights, and protect patients from harm in all aspects of care.
