Our client is looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager (Level 3) to join their welcoming, modern nursery that blends creativity with high-quality early years education. With a dedicated forest school and a large outdoor area, this setting encourages children to explore, imagine, and thrive.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader or Third in Charge who is ready to take the next step into management.
What We’re Looking For?
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Third in Charge.
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery.
- Lead and inspire staff to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
- Ensure the nursery meets and exceeds Ofsted and EYFS standards.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Build positive relationships with families, staff, and external professionals.
- Monitor and support staff development, promoting progression and best practice.
