A bright, vibrant lady is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic female Personal Assistants to join her dedicated team.
She is creative with a love for arts and crafts, beach days, swimming and nature walks (especially puddle-splashing!). She adores animals and follows a vegan lifestyle. Diagnosed with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Autism. It’s important to her to be supported by people who are sincere, kind, patient, enthusiastic, motivating and able to remain calm.
Mental Health & Communication
• PTSD may cause distressing nightmares—gentle reassurance is essential.
• Autism can present communication challenges—support with understanding and expression is key.
• Emotional regulation support using grounding, breathing, and mindfulness techniques.
Responsibilities
• Prompting and assisting with daily routines, personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, and home safety.
• Supporting with admin tasks: medical appointments, letters, and household management.
• Providing transport—a clean driving licence is essential.
• Offering emotional reassurance and communication support.
• Being physically active and alert, especially during moments of distress.
What She’s Looking For:
You’ll be gradually introduced by her current team to ensure a smooth transition.

• Kind, calm, and sincere
• Enthusiastic and motivating
• Patient and physically active
• Willing to learn and adapt to her unique needs
Requirements
• Female applicants only (Equality Act 2010 exception)
• Two references
• Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by Local Authority)
• Willingness to learn and engage with complex mental health needs
Shifts:
• The lady is looking to fill a range of twelve-hour shifts per week, commencing at 9am each day handing over at 9pm.
