This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Faculty where your contribution can truly make a difference.
We are seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join the Faculty’s professional services team. About the role
You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and effective management of the administration team, working collaboratively with Senior Academics and administrative colleagues across various grades. Your role will focus on supporting the delivery of professional programmes, with particular emphasis on curriculum management, maintaining accurate student records and assessment data, and servicing committees and meetings.
You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the student experience, resolve assessment-related issues, and analyse data for contract monitoring and reporting purposes. This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role, which also involves contributing to the wider Faculty Registry team
You will have:
• An ability to multi-task and manage a complex, high volume workload
• An ability to prioritise own workload as well as the teams, particularly at peak times in the academic year
• Resilience and adaptability
