Kingfisher House Care Home in Perth is a brand-new, purpose-built home offering Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care. With a stunning riverside location, 77 beautifully designed bedrooms, and outstanding facilities including a cinema, café, hair salon, library, and sensory room, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team from the very start.

We are now looking for a friendly and organised Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the welcoming face of Kingfisher House, you will help create a positive first impression for residents, visitors, and professionals, ensuring every interaction reflects the warm and caring ethos of our home.

What We Offer

  • £12.21 per hour
  • Contracted to 15 hours per week (weekends)
  • Paid PVG, pension scheme, uniform provided, and onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata for part-time contracts)

What You Will Do
As Receptionist, you will greet and assist visitors, manage incoming mail, and provide general administrative support such as updating resident information, maintaining accurate records, and handling filing and photocopying. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth office operations, upholding company policies and contributing to a professional, supportive environment. At times, you may also assist with additional duties to help the home run efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, a professional and friendly manner, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be confident in dealing with residents, families, staff, and external professionals, and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Previous reception or administrative experience is essential.
