With a stunning riverside location, 77 beautifully designed bedrooms, and outstanding facilities including a cinema, café, hair salon, library, and sensory room, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team from the very start.
We are now looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team. As the welcoming face of Kingfisher House, you will help create a positive first impression for residents, visitors, and professionals, ensuring every interaction reflects the warm and caring ethos of our home.
What We Offer

What You Will Do
In this varied role, you will greet and assist visitors, manage incoming mail, and provide secretarial support such as updating resident information, maintaining accurate records, and handling general office tasks like filing and photocopying. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth office operations, always upholding company policies and contributing to a supportive, professional environment. At times, you may also take on additional duties to help the home run efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, a professional and friendly manner, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be confident in dealing with residents, families, staff, and external professionals, and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Previous reception or administrative experience is essential.
