The Governing Body wish to appoint a Kitchen Assistant to start as soon as possible.Monday to Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm – Term Time Only (39 weeks)Hourly rate - Grade 1: £12.65 per hourWe are committed to providing an excellent catering service to our pupils and staff and are looking to employ an enthusiastic kitchen assistant to join our busy catering team as soon as possible. You will be required to assist the catering team with general kitchen support including serving meals and general washing, cleaning and maintaining excellent hygiene standards. Relevant training will be provided. The successful candidate will have the attributes needed to undertake the range of duties associated with the post, including: - the ability to work under pressure and show initiative to deal with problems as they arise. - Good skills in working with both adults and children. - Be able to work as part of a small team. - Commitment to the delivery of the service.This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
