Responsibilities

Ensure all repair works comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding property repair options.
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and techniques related to repairs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Surveyor, specifically in property repairs and maintenance.
Strong understanding of building regulations and safety standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and contractors.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
Proficient in relevant software and technology used in surveying and project management.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £34.91
