Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re seeking a skilled Repairs Surveyor to support the delivery of responsive repairs across tenanted homes, garages, and commercial properties. You’ll manage day-to-day repairs, conduct safety inspections, diagnose faults, and liaise with contractors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective work and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor repairs in domestic and commercial buildings.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Diagnose faults and recommend effective solutions.
- Support housing officers with technical issues and no-access cases.
- Raise and manage accurate works orders and variations.
- Provide health and safety risk assessments for contractors.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure clear communication and safe working practices.
