As our Care Manager, you'll be working with the Registered Manager at the heart of the service, leading and managing operations to ensure the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities include: ✅ Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated care team.
✅ Driving business growth through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
✅ Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining at least a “Good” rating.
✅ Managing budgets, resources, and operational efficiencies.
✅ Recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier care staff.
✅ Implementing quality assurance processes for service excellence.
✅ Building strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
✅ On-call duties (1 in 4), with online access to rotas and care plans.
✔ Proven experience as a Care Manager or Deputy Manager or Senior Care Assistant in domiciliary care.
✔ Strong leadership & people management skills with a track record of success.
✔ In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
✔ Passion for care and delivering positive client outcomes.
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
✔ Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle.
