EHS Specialist - West Midlands, UK
A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to support health, safety, and environmental compliance across its operations. This is a hands-on role focused on promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to UK regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Support compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Conduct basic risk assessments and support incident investigations.
- Maintain EHS documentation and assist with training delivery.
- Promote safe working practices and employee engagement.
- Contribute to environmental monitoring and reporting.
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in EHS or a related field.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (Diploma desirable).
- Recent experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and UK HSE regulations.
