What We Offer
Entry-Level Candidates:
- Starting salary £26,000, rising to £27,000 after a year and £29,000 after two years (subject to reviews).
- First-year OTE: £28,000–£29,000 with commission.

Experienced Recruitment Consultants:
- Basic salary: £27,000–£29,000.
- OTE: £30,000–£33,000 with commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Process: Manage recruitment from business development to placement.
- Business Development: Win new clients in driving & industrial sectors.
- Client Management: Build strong client relationships & provide tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use boards, social media, and referrals to attract talent; interview & assess suitability.
- Compliance: Ensure legal requirements, right-to-work checks, and certifications.
- Sales & Targets: Work toward achievable goals with full support.
- Onboarding & Aftercare: Manage placements and provide post-placement support.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
