Are you a skilled trades professional ready to take the next step into leadership? We're looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join our team and help deliver outstanding service across our Welwyn & Hatfield contract.
️ About the RoleAs a Repairs Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team within a defined workstream or project, ensuring high standards of service delivery and achievement of KPIs. You'll:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and resource planning
- Monitor team performance and hold regular review meetings
- Coach, mentor, and support staff development
- Resolve complaints and implement improvement plans
- Ensure work is completed within time, cost, and budget constraints
About YouWe're seeking someone with:
- A strong trade background (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Proven experience in repairs and maintenance supervision
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong time management, IT, and leadership skills
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach
- Experience in social housing is highly desirable.
Qualifications Required:
- Level 3 Trade Qualification or Supervisor NVQ
- CSCS Card - Gold or working towards
- Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months)
