The Role
Step into a pivotal role at the heart of university leadership as the Administrator, Vice-Chancellor's Office. Working closely with the Head of Governance, Executive Assistants, and senior leadership, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and professional running of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office. This varied role spans diary management, event coordination, financial administration, and stakeholder engagement, making it an exciting opportunity to develop strong professional relationships while supporting key decision-makers.
With your excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure, you’ll be central to delivering seamless operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role offers more than just administration—it’s a chance to contribute to the success of the institution at the highest level. You’ll manage sensitive correspondence with discretion, oversee logistics for high-profile events such as graduation ceremonies, and provide essential project support.
