Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our Information Management team at our Heathrow office. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £46,400, a 3% bonus, and an outer London allowance. Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week.

About the Role: As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining control and traceability of project documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance with ISO19650 BSI standards. You will support our TfL Rail and UKPN projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient information flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document control systems and ensure compliance with project standards
- Provide advice on document layout, editing, and formatting
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Collaborate with client and subcontractor information control departments
- Maintain electronic and hard copy documentation
- Produce dashboard reports using Microsoft Excel
- Ensure adherence to document control processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in information control within an engineering and project environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise, AssetWise, and Asite
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience with electricity/rail infrastructure projects
- English language qualification
- Familiarity with AutoDesk ACC and file transfer protocols
