Hours: 30 hours per week Contract: 12 months fixed term (maternity cover). Secondments available. Salary: £47,810 - £54,710 per annum (pro rata), in line with NHS Agenda for Change (AFC). Plus, full range of Marie Curie benefits, including enhancements for out of hours working. Location: University Hospitals Plymouth (on-site) As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership to a defined team within the Marie Curie Hospital Nursing Service. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality end of life care within an acute or inpatient setting, supporting patients and their families through complex end-of-life journeys. You will oversee service development, workforce planning, and quality assurance within the hospital environment. This senior leadership position offers significant scope for professional development and influence. You'll work closely with hospital leadership teams, specialist consultants, discharge coordinators, and other key stakeholders to shape inpatient services and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
