Location: Edmonton Centre, Enfield Council Contract: 13 October 2025 – 2 January 2026 Hours: 35 per week | Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Pay: £17.54 PAYE | £22.01 Umbrella/Ltd
Enfield Council is seeking a proactive and organised Operational Repairs Planner to support its Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) repairs service within the Housing & Regeneration division. This is a short-term opportunity to make a real impact by improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule appointments and programmed works across the division
Maximise productivity by allocating suitably qualified operatives efficiently
Support the management team with operational coordination and service delivery
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Experience in repairs planning or operational scheduling within housing or maintenance services
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Confident using IT systems to manage appointments and workforce allocation
