Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to carry out a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks. The role involves working across multiple trades to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating
- Respond to job orders and complete tasks to specification and deadline
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Work independently or as part of a team on domestic and commercial properties
Ideal requirements:
- Proven experience in multiple trades
- Relevant qualifications or certifications desirable
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence may be required
