Crynodeb
The successful applicant will be expected to work 8 PAs (of a 10 PA job plan) of Direct Clinical Care with each PA being a 4-hour session. Face to face and telephone consultations are 30 -45 minutes depending on the type of clinic. DCC admin time is included within each session to allow for patient related admin and to provide clinical support of the nursing staff who run clinics alongside the Doctors. It is expected that Specialty Doctors will support the training of sexual health staff, medical students and other professionals interested in sexual health. The successful applicant will be expected to attend and contribute to relevant clinical and management meetings including a monthly team meeting, Clinical Ops meeting and any additional clinical meetings that require their presence. Time is allocated within the job plan for these and can be adjusted as responsibility changes.
