We are offering a great opportunity for a Specialist Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our friendly Occupational Health team. This is a fantastic position with the opportunity to work with our team in progressing the breadth and depth of the services we offer.

We are committed to supporting continuing professional development and provide in-house and external training courses as well as specialist legal updates to support, extend and maintain the clinical teams expert knowledge and skills as both leaders and specialist nurses.
The successful candidate will be fully qualified in Occupational Health (and be on part 3 of NMC register). We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, innovative, and willing to take a team approach to the delivery of our service.
We provide a comprehensive range of services for around 8,500 employees across two acute hospital sites and a number of other locations in Kent as well as to a number of external contracts.
The ideal candidate would be able to assist in the development of the service & take a proactive and flexible approach in order to influence the health and wellbeing of employees. All successful applicants will be required to complete our corporate trust induction once a start date had been agreed.
Following your Corporate Induction you will be expected to attend the Trust’s 2-week Induction Programme for RNs, NAs, RMs, ODPs and Paramedics. The programme is full-time (please emailmtw-tr.professionalstandards@nhs.netif this is problematic) and will involve travel to both Trust sites. The programme includes supernumerary shifts in the clinical area, classroom-based sessions and e-learning.
