A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Kingston is looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers across all subject areas.
You will work closely with experienced classroom teachers to support students across a range of subjects, year groups and abilities. Depending on your strengths, you may assist with small group interventions, classroom support or targeted one to one work.
This role offers:
A full-time position during term time
Exposure to classroom life, behaviour strategies and curriculum delivery
Ongoing CPD and support from experienced staff
A route into salaried teacher training for the right candidate
You’ll need to bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with young people. Prior school or tutoring experience is a bonus but not essential.
