What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing 1:1 classroom support for a Year 7 student with mild ASC
• Encouraging focus, organisation and social confidence
• Assisting with subject-specific tasks, transitions and timetables
• Contributing to classroom planning and feedback alongside teachers
• Observing and reflecting with your line manager weekly
